Working closely with our chosen factory in Ningbo, China, that operates a QMS system which is approved to ISO 2001: 2015, we can ensure that your quality needs are met.  The factory utilises most recent technologies and has the latest forging, machining, and test equipment operating across 30 specialist production lines which are manned by over 350 employees, meaning that the annual capacity of 3,000 tons of copper and brass fittings and valves are comfortably achieved. The factory also has excellent R&D capabilities which are supported by the Ningbo Municipal Science and Technical Commission.  In addition, the factory holds many international approval certificates including WRAS, BSI Kitemark and DVGW.

Our diligent service means that we will discuss, study and understanding your exact requirements regarding the quality of products, packaging, and shipping specifications to ensure that we set up a smooth and efficient critical path for the delivery of goods. From the outset, we will capture all the specification details for your products and clearly document them during the delivery process.

We will manage the development and critical path leading to sign-off for technical drawings and pre-production samples prior to the beginning of mass production.  We will manage expectations between you and the factory, providing production quality documentation at critical points throughout the production process. Our service includes video calls which will take you into the heart of the factory where you can see, in real-time, your products being manufactured.  

We work with the factory to ensure that everything is being moved forward according to productions and delivery schedules and provide regular updates to our customers.  

Included in our service, we can provide real time information for quality control inspections, raw material analysis and certificates, factory process control, final inspection and loading inspection to give our customers clear visibility of the products before shipment.

Depending on the shipment method, we will arrange full shipping container load (FCL), or less than container load (LCL) book through local port agents then arrange for the goods to be shipped to port usually on an FOB basis.
